Alastair Doberman Pinschers
We are a very small Doberman Pinscher kennel located in the high desert of Southern California. We've been raising Doberman Pinschers part time for over 28 years, and have produced confident, large boned puppies with stable temperaments, excellent working abilities and trusted family companions. All of our breeding females and males have been carefully chosen from the best champion males of European bloodlines and have had rigid health testing and all are raised indoors. We do not breed for all four colors and only produce black/rust or red/rust puppies. We have only two breeding females in our household at the present time and all females are only bred after all health testing is complete................ My advice is to never buy a puppy from a breeder until you have seen the parents and have had time to visit with them, pet them, play with them and so on.... All or our puppies are raised indoors with us, observed closely, and treated as part of the family with lots of love and continuous handling. Occasionally, we will offer young, trained adults for sale to approved homes, ranging from 5 to 7 months of age. These youngsters will have already been through basic health testing such as VWD, Thyroid testing and preliminary hip x-rays which will be supplied to perspective buyers upon request. We encourage continuous obedience training for all of our pups once they leave us and are placed in their new homes. Our bloodlines produce strong working dogs, therefore with their natural protective nature along with obedience training, we believe make the best combination for a true family protector and well rounded companions. Email us any time with any questions......
We at Alastair Dobermans offer buyers an inhouse training program for all Alastair puppies. This training applies to our puppies only and more information is located under the In-House Training heading. 20% of all inhouse training funds are now given to the ASPCA to help all animals find new homes and to stop animal abuse.
